At Fix It Sticks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your new apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping container or a similar protective mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a notification and your refund or exchange confirmation once our warehouse processes the return.
